The main aim of the CONSUME-LESS project is to contribute towards sustainable water, energy and waste management, with particular focus on the reduction in the consumption of water and energy as well as waste reduction, through the prevention of waste generation in the tourism sector. The project foresees the creation of the CONSUME-LESS label as an indication that environmental concerns could be translated into tourism market advantage.
