Celebrating 25 years of the European Economic Area (EEA) Grants

The Funds and Programmes  Division, within the Parliamentary Secretariat for EU Funds and Social Dialogue, Ministry for European Affairs and Equality (MEAE) as the National Focal Point for the EEA and Norway Grants in Malta, organised a Multicultural event, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the EEA Grants.

The event was held at Fort St Elmo during Notte Bianca on Saturday 5 October 2019, between 1900 and 2400 hrs.

Information Session and thematic workshops on EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Regional Cooperation

Through workshops on the thematic areas of the call, this information Session will focus on the Concept Note and tips on how to prepare a competitive proposal.

Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2014-2020

The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund is to provide assistance to Malta in its management of migration flows, through the provision of asylum and reception facilities to migrants, the organisation of activities and actions aimed at assisting migrants in their integration into the Maltese community, while also strengthening cooperation with third countries with respect to return management. 

EEA AND NORWAY GRANTS 2014-2021

‘WORKING TOGETHER FOR A COMPETITIVE AND INCLUSIVE EUROPE’

The overall objectives of the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms for the 2014-2021 period are:

  • To contribute to the reduction of economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area, and
  • To strengthen bilateral relations between the Donor States and the Beneficiary States through financial contributions in the priority sectors.

ENI CBC Med Programme 2014-2020

The European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) aims to develop a special relationship between the EU and each of its partner countries, contributing to the development of an area of shared security, prosperity and good neighbourliness. 

Fond Agrikolu Ewropew għall-Iżvilupp Rurali (FAEŻR) 2014-2020

Rural development programmes provide co-funding for projects with economic, environmental or social objectives, primarily targeting farmers, farms and SMEs in rural areas.
